FORMS AND REPORTS FOR MOAP
INTENT:
Building on the use cases (see MicroFinanceUseCases document), this document is likely to become part of the SoftwareRequirementsSpecification. This document is a segment of that larger specification just as the Use Cases are a separated segment. This document serves to specify the software requirements in terms of which screens need to be developed, and which reports will the system need to output.
In any information system, the user needs are often best understood in terms of the FORMS and the REPORTS that they see. "Under the hood", these forms and reports may use common components, may even be the same code with specific items hidden or revealed as the functionality requires. This is therefore still a user-oriented document, and not intended as a technical specification.
(Note: the Tab refers to a graphical interface method of overlaying screens - it is not essential that this particular method be used.)
The completed application will include the following forms:
- Branch / Federation
- Essential Branch information (name, address, etc…)
- List of centers belonging to the branch (critical management stats)
- Center / Cluster
- Center information (name, address, status, etc…)
- Group tab showing the groups belonging to the center
- Center Meeting tab showing the attendance information for the center
- Group
- Group information (group name, name of chair, etc…)
- Client subform showing all the members of the group
- Staff recruitment and group formation effort tracking tab. Contains name of staff member managing the group and link to staff member data (contact info).
- Group formation goals for each staff member
- Funder (provider of funds to be loaned).
- Funder information (funder name, address, etc…)
- Loan subform showing all the loans made through this funder
- Client
- Contact information
- Impact data tab
- Questionnaire tab
- Attendance tab showing the Attendance information for the client
- Loan tab. All the loans for the client will be displayed here, including the payment history.
- Loan
- Loan information (client, loan level, loan amount, loan use, etc…)
- Loan payment history subform
- Daily transaction entry
- Loan and savings transactions per group and per center
- Bulk data entry using expected payments
REPORTS
Below is a listing of the reports that the application will feature once it is completed:

- Client loan history report.
- Loan lists (external and internal).
- Loans receivable (external and internal).
- Delinquent loan report.
- Portfolio at risk report with aging.
- Center meeting amount due report (broken out by individual).
- Loan cycle report with reference to discriminants (age, purpose, amount).
- Daily center meeting monitoring reports (receipts, exceptions)
- Impact reports.
- Attendance reports.
- Staff recruitment and group formation effort tracking reports.
- Monthly center report (including attendance data).
- Yearly summary of monthly reports, all centers.
- Regulatory reports (various)
- Funders reports (various - see MIX market and MBB)
